Intro to Tai Chi and Qigong
4 weeks course- Mondays October 2, 9, 16, 23, 6-7pm

Tai Chi is an internal martial arts widely practiced for its many health benefits.  Tai Chi is a slow moving study in meditation that require the practitioner to be alert yet relaxed mind, body, and breathing. 
QiGong means "breath work".  QiGong enhances the flow of energy, or Qi, in the body which invigorates the internal organs, supports bone strength, and maintain resilient muscles.

Intro to Kung Fu
4 weeks course - Mondays October 2, 9,16, 23 7-8pm

Explore kung fu’s meditative roots while mastering its fundamental principles of strength, focus, and discipline.
The contemporary practice of kung fu stays true to these original intents.
Training methods emphasize the development of physical attributes such as strength, flexibility, coordination and balance, in conjunction with the knowledge of techniques and the cultivation of a calm and centered nature.  This class is suitable for ages 11 to adult.

Family Kung Fu
Tuesdays 5-6pm
begins October 3, ages 6 and up
